Improving Pak-India relations challenge to Obama: Haqqani

LONDON: Husain Haqqani, Pakistan's Ambassador to US has said US President Barack Obama faces many challenges including Pak-Afghan policy.

In an interview to a foreign news channel Husain Haqqani said Pakistan wants India to solve the issues faced by the country.

“Pak-Afghan policy and improving ties between New Delhi and Islamabad is a challenge to US President.”

“We long for the elimination of Taliban from the country besides establishment of peace in Afghanistan”, he added.
