18 dead as bus hits landmine in Mohmand Agency

PESHAWAR: Eighteen persons have been killed when a marriage party bus hit a landmine in tehsil Lakro of Mohmand Agency.

According to Geo News correspondent, a marriage party bus struck with anti tank mine planted by militants in tehsil Lakro. Eighteen persons including women and children have been killed whereas four women and two men injured in the incident. The injured have been rushed to hospital. The military operation is underway in Mohmand Agency and militants planted the mine to target army convoy.
